CNP Ireland design & project manage fit-out of new offices for C&C International

CNP Ireland have completed the design & project management of a new office fit-out for C&C International.

The new offices are located. The 8000 sqft fit-out comprises of open plan areas, cellular offices, boardroom, meeting rooms, staff rooms and reception area.

The project was successfully completed on programme and on budget.

APRIL

CNP Ireland will again be involved with Final Assessment of Graduate Building Surveyors through the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme.

This process ensures graduates gain the proper training and experience before they present for final assessment and become Chartered Building Surveyors.

Several panels of Chartered Building Surveyors are set up to assess each candidate and ensuring that high standard are maintained.

CNP Ireland project manage fit-out of new offices for Caledonian Life

CNP Ireland have completed the project management of a new office fit-out for Caledonian Life.

The new offices are located on the ground and first floors of numbers 47-49 St Stephen’s Green in Dublin 2. The 11,600 sqft fit-out comprises of open plan areas, cellular offices, boardroom, meeting rooms, staff rooms and reception area.

The project was successfully completed on programme and on budget.

FEBRUARY

CNP Ireland project manage fit-out of new offices for Ford Motors Europe and Mazda Motors Ireland

CNP Ireland have completed the project management of new office fit-outs for both Ford Motors Europe and Mazda Motors Ireland.

The new offices are located on the ground floor of Block 1 at The Oval office complex, located on the banks of the River Dodder in the centre of Ballsbridge,Dublin 4. The 9,000 sqft fit-out comprises of open plan areas, cellular offices, boardroom, meeting rooms and staff rooms.

The project was successfully completed on programme and on budget.

JANUARY

MANAGEMENT BUY-OUT

It gives us great pleasure to tell you that effective from 1st January 2008 the ownership of CNP’s Irish operation has been taken over from the parent company in the UK by the Irish management team, headed by Alan Baldwin, Hugh Holt, Ken Mulligan, Jason McCann and Karl O’Donovan.

We will trade under the name CNP Ireland and will continue to run our operation from our office at 79 Merrion Square, Dublin 2. All existing instructions will continue to be dealt with by the Surveyor currently handling the matter on your behalf.

We officially opened CNP’s Dublin office in May 2006 and have quickly established ourselves in the Irish market exceeding all our targets and our business continues to go from strength to strength.
